I authorize Cleared Results (DEV) to act as my agent to identify, evaluate, draft, and -- only where I separately approve each one -- submit removal, correction, suppression, opt-out, de-indexing, and erasure requests to third parties (website operators, search engines, and data brokers) on my behalf, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the California Delete Act, GDPR/UK GDPR, and other applicable data-protection or right-to-erasure laws, regarding search results and online content associated with the name or search terms I submit. This authorization covers only legitimate, lawful requests -- Cleared Results (DEV) will not fabricate legal claims, impersonate me, or misrepresent facts on my behalf. I understand these requests will identify Cleared Results (DEV) as my authorized agent, not as me personally, with replies directed to my account email; that I remain responsible for the accuracy of the information I provide and for reviewing anything before it's sent unless I've separately turned on automatic sending; and that I may revoke this authorization at any time by contacting Cleared Results (DEV), which will end future requests but not undo ones already sent.
